Announcing a
brand new online magazine for all things horror.
Horror
Unlimited combines an online resource (by subscription) for fans and scholars of horror
cinema, with an enlightened, articulate, scholarly and informative
online magazine.
We're
looking for new writing on all aspects of horror. The emphasis is
firmly on cinema and television, but we welcome an inter-disciplinary
approach - including cinema, literature, computer games, music,
historical and cultural studies etc.
Critical
work using interviews, new media approaches, visual essays, videos,
artwork, photography, and fiction are also most welcome. We will
also consider original creative pieces.
Articles
will be considered fitting various lengths, and unsolicited material
will be accepted.
As a guide:
reviews should be in the region of 500 - 1000 words. Articles should
be 3,000 words +. Major features and scholarly essays are welcome in
the region of 5 - 8,000 words.
Horror
Unlimited will feature some of the best writing from across the globe.
New editions will be published monthly. With a constantly updated
newsfeed and review section.
